Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the full lifecycle of customer-facing projects and programs, from initiation through closure.
  • •Deliver on scope, schedule, budget, quality, and customer satisfaction aligned with customer business goals.
  • •Partner with Service Delivery Managers, Customer Experience Managers, and Sales to maintain operational transparency and accelerate technology adoption.
  • •Lead solution discussions and translate customer priorities into executable plans and cross-functional workstreams.
  • •Manage operational and financial governance, including budget execution, revenue forecasting, cost tracking, SOW creation, and vendor compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of customer project or program management experience (or equivalent practical experience).
  • •Track record delivering complex, customer-facing IT, cloud, or enterprise networking projects and programs.
  • •Demonstrated experience in project financial management, including budget execution, revenue forecasting, SOW creation, and vendor governance.
  • •Experience applying PMI and Agile methodologies while using AI and automation tools for delivery optimization.
  • •Encouraged: PMP and/or CPMAI certification (or recognized industry equivalent).
