Key Responsibilities

  • •Formulate, communicate, and execute substrates commodity sourcing strategy for raw materials used in substrates fabrication.
  • •Analyze external market research data and triangulate with industry reports to connect data with industry knowledge.
  • •Build cross-functional alignment with internal teams to identify commodity sourcing strategies meeting business segment requirements.
  • •Develop and manage supplier relationships, conduct business reviews, and drive supplier risk management, BOM risk reduction, and materials risk mitigation with data integrity.
  • •Resolve impediments to production readiness and support execution, including early supplier involvement for innovation and to meet SOL project schedules.

Key Requirements

  • •BS in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management (or equivalent experience).
  • •MBA preferred.
  • •8+ years experience in semiconductor or substrates technical and/or supply chain teams.
  • •Deep understanding of substrates and associated materials technology, market, manufacturing process, cost drivers, and supply landscape.
  • •Strong analytical skills (e.g., industry competition analysis and supply/demand analysis) and the ability to negotiate and influence supplier management.
