Key Responsibilities

  • •Deliver an industry-leading claim experience for all policyholders.
  • •Initiate investigations of fire and theft claims and maintain prompt contact with all involved parties.
  • •Maintain and update a task for each claim in the adjuster’s daily agenda and respond to claim correspondence timely and accurately.
  • •Resolve claims by investigating loss details, policy coverages, and submitted documentation; compose written correspondence with coverage decisions.
  • •Work with SIU and third-party vendors and ensure legal compliance with company policies and state/federal insurance regulations.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 61,900 - 72,800

Key Requirements

  • •2+ years of successful experience handling insurance claims with direct responsibility for coverage decisions and related claim activities.
  • •Currently licensed in-home state if your state requires an Adjuster or Appraiser License.
  • •Ability to obtain and maintain insurance licenses in several states (including Texas) within three months.
  • •High sense of professionalism and empathy with strong attention to detail.
  • •Familiarity with claims best practices and a curious, open-minded approach to problems.
