Key Responsibilities

  • •Support delivery of land referencing, land access, landowner and stakeholder engagement, optioneering, and statutory processes.
  • •Identify landowners, occupiers, and interested parties using interpretation and research of relevant land registry information.
  • •Liaise with landowners, land agents, legal representatives, planning authorities, contractors, stakeholders, and clients.
  • •Work with multi-disciplinary teams to secure access to land for surveys via agreement or statutory mechanisms.
  • •Provide training and mentoring, undertake technical assurance, and contribute to budget, scope, change control, and identification of project and data security risks.
Travel: Medium travel

Key Requirements

  • •Keen interest in delivering land services for clients, including land referencing, survey access, stakeholder and landowner engagement, or statutory processes.
  • •Experience working as part of multi-disciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client outputs.
  • •Effective communication and organizational skills to liaise at all levels with internal and external stakeholders.
  • •Ability to delegate and undertake technical assurance of other colleagues’ work.
  • •General IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Teams) and basic skills with GIS/mapping tools.
