Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and support technicians in preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
  • •Respond promptly to equipment breakdowns and troubleshoot production issues.
  • •Ensure production equipment operates safely and efficiently with minimal downtime.
  • •Supervise the maintenance team to support production schedules and operational targets.
  • •Manage and close maintenance work orders (TECO) in SAP and prepare monthly maintenance reports, including work order status and breakdown analysis.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.
  • •3+ years of maintenance experience, preferably in a food, FMCG, or manufacturing environment.
  • •Proven experience supervising or leading maintenance technicians in a production environment.
  • •Hands-on experience with preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, and breakdown management of industrial equipment.
  • •Working knowledge of PLC and industrial automation systems, with experience in troubleshooting and basic program modification.
