Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and track compliance and security requests through ServiceNow, ensuring timely, process-aligned responses.
  • •Support internal, external, and client audits for IAM controls by coordinating evidence collection, walkthroughs, and responses to requirements.
  • •Perform recurring compliance, monitoring, and validation activities for access controls.
  • •Follow up on findings, risks, and remediation plans in collaboration with technology and security teams.
  • •Prepare operational reports, metrics, and documentation for processes, procedures, and controls.

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of experience in IAM, IT operations, cybersecurity, risk management, compliance, or audit support.
  • •Hands-on experience using ServiceNow to manage requests, incidents, tasks, and follow operational activities.
  • •Knowledge of audits and control frameworks, including SOX, SOC 1/SOC 2, ITGC, or similar regulatory environments.
  • •Understanding of IAM concepts and technologies, including Active Directory/Entra ID, SSO, MFA, PAM, and IGA (e.g., SailPoint, Veza).
  • •Professional English skills to collaborate with global teams, explain controls and processes, and work with international stakeholders.
