Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end project delivery for commercial real estate projects, including planning through closeout.
  • •Work directly with clients to prepare scope of work, resource requirements, cost estimates/budgets, schedules/milestones, and quality and risk inputs.
  • •Define and recommend delivery resources, conduct RFPs and bid evaluations, and facilitate charters and integrated timelines.
  • •Ensure projects remain on schedule by resolving or escalating issues, and facilitate regular status meetings.
  • •Collaborate with teams to guide implementation and completion and contribute to standards/process improvements.

Key Requirements

  • •Manage all areas of project management for commercial real estate projects, including planning, design, construction, occupancy, and closeout.
  • •Experience planning and delivering ground-up construction projects and knowledge of all construction phases, including HVAC, mechanical, and electrical work.
  • •Ability to evaluate relevant building codes and oversee multiple projects across various stages.
  • •Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and strong organizational skills.
  • •Bachelor’s degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant experience (or equivalent combination of experience and education).
