Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead service availability, reliability, and supportability initiatives to improve performance and uptime.
  • •Manage compute operations across heterogeneous infrastructure and virtualization/container platforms; maintain 24x7x365 operational readiness and SLA targets.
  • •Drive ITIL-based bottoms-up improvements across incident (L1/L2), change management, and problem management; define proper escalation processes.
  • •Ensure audit compliance, governance, and compliance with audit/regulatory requirements, including security remediation (vulnerability assessment and patch management).
  • •Mentor and manage senior technical staff, set priorities, and guide adoption of new technologies and process/tool innovations from concept to delivery.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or master’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field.
  • •10+ years’ experience in technology, information security, and/or compute administration; 6+ years in a management role.
  • •Experience managing heterogeneous infrastructure across multiple hardware and operating systems including Linux, AIX, CentOS, and supporting environments.
  • •Current or held advanced compute technical certification (e.g., VCP, RHCSA, AWS/CKA, GCP, or relevant industry certifications).
  • •Experience leading compute operations and driving change/transformation using metrics/KPIs, including incident/change/problem management in enterprise environments.
