Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead, develop, and mentor a global events team and build a high-performing culture focused on excellence and continuous improvement.
  • •Define and execute the global events strategy aligned to company objectives, brand positioning, and commercial priorities.
  • •Own planning and delivery of SmartCon and Chainlink’s presence at major industry conferences and strategic events.
  • •Deliver executive customer experiences including customer events, product launches, receptions, and thought leadership forums.
  • •Manage event budgets, vendors, governance/operational standards, and measure success via KPIs and feedback to continuously improve future events.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 176,000 - 333,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years leading large-scale events, including at least 3 years managing and developing event teams.
  • •Proven experience delivering flagship conferences, executive and customer events, product launches, and sponsored industry events in fast-paced tech/fintech/financial services or startup environments.
  • •Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic event programmes that drive measurable business outcomes.
  • •Experience managing event budgets, commercial negotiations, and external agency/vendor relationships.
  • •Strong people leadership with a track record of coaching, developing, and scaling teams.
