Lead the Radiology Informatics Service & Solution Delivery Implementation Clinical Consulting team for North Europe (UKI and Nordics), guiding clinical consultancy for RI solutions, coaching sales resources in Radiology Informatics, and ensuring successful adoption of Philips RI solutions across complex regional deployments. You’ll work with C-level customers, influence strategy, and travel (>80%) to deliver high-impact implementations.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead the RI S&SD Implementation Clinical Consulting team of about 20+ headcount delivering clinical consultancy services for RI solutions in North Europe
•Educate and coach the team and sales resources in Radiology Informatics Solutions and drive methodology development
•Validate solution design to fit customers’ clinical requirements during presales for complex implementations of Philips RI solutions in North Europe
•Develop strategic relationships and provide guidance to C-level customer leaders
•Serve in a consultative role with the customer throughout sales, implementation and adoption to ensure smooth, effective implementation of Philips RI solutions

Travel: Extensive travel

Key Requirements

•7+ years of work experience in the clinical area of Radiology Informatics
•Masters degree/qualification in clinical area, or equivalent experience
•Proven track record in structuring problems and designing solutions that customers believe in
•Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, able to address audiences from individual contributors to executives
•Willingness to travel >80%
