Job Summary

Lead and inspire a team of 8–10 Account Executives to consistently exceed quota, driving revenue growth and shaping commercial GTM strategy. Partner with senior leadership to set a high performance bar, coach reps through 1:1s, call reviews, pipeline reviews, and training, and manage escalations to help navigate complex deals. Be hands-on across the full sales cycle and act as an expert in product and process to unblock the team.
