Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with the Transition Manager to define and execute onboarding plans for experienced Private Wealth Advisor teams.
  • •Coordinate with key stakeholders to manage the status of prospects and candidates throughout the transition process.
  • •Contact candidates to collect required documentation and support onboarding requirements.
  • •Organize technology, systems, tools, and operational readiness prior to Day One onboarding.
  • •Shepherd the end-to-end onboarding process for newly hired Wealth Managers, their advisor teams, and their clients, providing high-touch concierge service.
