Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide a strong client experience by engaging clients and teammates in person and by phone to positively impact banking outcomes.
  • •Listen for opportunities related to clients’ financial wellness needs and provide customized recommendations.
  • •Open personal and business accounts and products such as consumer checking, small business deposits, home equity, unsecured lending, and certificates of deposit.
  • •Attain individual activity, behavior, and outcome goals while leveraging lead lists, walk-ins, and professional contacts to drive referrals.
  • •Ensure compliance with operational, risk, security, and audit procedures, including proper documentation of client interactions.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 20.67 - 31.25 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma, GED, or equivalent business experience.
  • •Minimum 1 year experience developing new and current customer relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources.
  • •Understanding of consumer credit, including loan-to-value, debt-to-income, and credit reports.
  • •Foundational knowledge of sales and service techniques with clients (tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, networking).
  • •Working knowledge of PCs (MS Windows and Office, including Word and Excel) and digital technology (mobile, apps, web-based browsing).
