Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end APAC demand planning cycle, developing a consensus unconstrained 24-month forecast using historical sales data, customer insights, pipeline updates, market intelligence, and company strategy.
  • •Facilitate and drive the monthly APAC S&OP process, partnering with supply planning to resolve forecast constraints and align demand and supply plans to business objectives.
  • •Track forecast accuracy (e.g., MAPE, bias) and supply performance (on-time delivery, inventory, aging stock), performing root-cause analysis and implementing corrective actions to improve forecast quality.
  • •Champion process improvements to streamline demand planning workflows and adopt advanced forecasting tools/methodologies while meeting global standards.
  • •Act as the APAC demand planning expert, translating forecast trends, risks, and opportunities into data-driven strategic recommendations for senior leadership.

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of experience in a demand planning role, including leading end-to-end demand planning cycles and developing accurate consensus forecasts with a 24-month horizon.
  • •Strong understanding of demand planning principles and S&OP/IBP frameworks, applied effectively in day-to-day operations.
  • •Excellent data analysis and communication skills to turn complex forecast insights into actionable recommendations for senior leadership.
  • •Proven cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management experience building effective partnerships across teams.
  • •Bachelor’s degree.
