Key Responsibilities

•Own the long-term systems strategy and roadmap for Ashby’s GTM tech stack, evaluating and implementing tools to solve current bottlenecks and prep for future growth.
•Manage the core revenue technology stack (CRM, marketing automation, analytics) and ensure seamless integration across platforms.
•Design and maintain data governance and architecture, ensuring data quality and scalable data flows across the ecosystem.
•Lead and mentor a lean team of systems experts, establishing documentation, testing protocols, and deployment processes.
•Serve as the key bridge between RevOps, Finance, Data/Analytics, and Engineering to align revenue systems with company-wide data integrity and financial reporting.
