Key Responsibilities

  • •Brainstorm, write, proofread, and continuously improve high-quality, targeted externally-facing content assets (e.g., blog articles, long-form freemium content, and web page copy).
  • •Build and maintain a dynamic editorial calendar to ensure timely, continuous creation and publication of content.
  • •Apply SEO best practices and data-driven insights to shape content that increases reach and effectiveness.
  • •Collaborate with team members to measure content effectiveness and ensure content supports business goals and customer engagement.
  • •Manage a multi-stakeholder review process to ensure content accuracy and alignment with brand standards, legal, and compliance requirements.
