Key Responsibilities

•Lead onboarding for new enterprise customers, with a heavy emphasis on understanding requirements and creatively configuring the product to solve their problems
•Responsible for leading the end-to-end implementation for new enterprise customers -- roll up your sleeves and build out the customer’s processes from scratch
•Lead training and Q&A sessions with customers and key stakeholders to empower them to utilize the product without additional ongoing help from Zip
•Proactive project management across many customers, to manage requirements and tasks across onboardings
•Delegate and oversee project-related activities to supporting solutions and technical consultants.

Key Requirements

•6+ years’ experience in Procurement/Sourcing Management, ERP/P2P Systems consulting, or managing key customer relationships in a B2B SaaS company
•Experience leading enterprise-wide (ideally global) P2P or ERP implementations
•Fantastic communication skills
•Extreme attention to detail and proactive
•Experience working with product and engineering teams
