Key Responsibilities

•Manage all facets of project management for individual construction projects to deliver on-time, within budget, and with quality.
•Conduct periodic site visits and review work progress against approved drawings and specifications.
•Review construction and disbursement schedules, contractor payment requisitions, change orders, and submitted documentation (e.g., lien waivers).
•Analyze direct and indirect project budgets, coordinate with Cost Advisory for parameter estimates and quantity take-offs, and opine on contingency adequacy.
•Prepare project status and construction risk assessment reports and recommend the release of construction funds.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
•Minimum five years of progressively responsible experience managing renovation and/or new construction projects, including A/E consultant services and construction administration.
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively present information.
•Advanced analytical and quantitative skills, including comprehension of complex documents and calculation of intermediate figures.
•Intermediate skills with Microsoft Office Suite, plus knowledge of MS Project, leases, contracts, construction practices, and entitlement/permitting processes.
