Own operations knowledge management and translate complex policy into clear, scalable workflows for frontline teams. Build and maintain SOPs and operational documentation with strong governance and version control, leveraging AI tools to improve documentation quality. Use quality metrics, escalations, and appeals to pinpoint execution gaps and strengthen decision consistency and risk control. Coordinate cross-functionally across Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations to drive consistent implementation across markets.

Key Responsibilities

•Translate complex policies into clear, actionable operational workflows, guidelines, and decision frameworks for frontline teams.
•Build, standardize, and maintain knowledge management systems and SOP/process documentation with governance and version control.
•Leverage AI tools to enhance policy translation and streamline creation of operational materials.
•Collaborate with Policy, Product, Quality, and Regional Operations teams to bridge policy intent and operational execution.
•Review quality metrics, escalations, and user appeals to identify execution gaps, root causes, and improve guideline consistency.

Key Requirements

•Demonstrate strong policy knowledge in the Ops functional domain and connect it to operational governance/process.
•Have exposure to operational workflows, QA processes, or policy execution activities (execution-focused).
•Support cross-functional coordination across Policy, Ops, Product, or vendor teams.
•Apply basic analytical skills to structure data, identify issues, and escalate insights clearly.
•Be familiar with SOPs and process documentation/workflow execution; professional proficiency in Vietnamese and English is required.
