Job Summary

Drive end-to-end delivery of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) engagements within Professional Services, owning technical success from discovery and design through validation and production handover. Serve as the primary technical authority for customer projects, validating architectures, facilitating workshops and design reviews, and resolving complex VCF-stack challenges (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VKS, Automation and more). Mentor consultants, strengthen consulting practices, and support presales activities.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead end-to-end technical delivery of VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) engagements from discovery/design through implementation, validation, and production handover.
•Own technical success by delivering solutions in alignment with VMware and Broadcom best practices.
•Review, validate, and refine architectures, designs, and implementation plans to ensure scalability and operational readiness.
•Act as the primary technical authority for assigned customer engagements, providing governance and trusted-advisor support to stakeholders.
•Facilitate workshops and design reviews, manage risk/quality assurance, and mentor/enable consultants and architects.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
•VMware/Broadcom certifications are highly desirable, including VCP-VCF, VCAP, and VCDX (and/or VKS certifications).
•10+ years of hands-on experience designing, implementing, and supporting VMware-based infrastructure solutions.
•Strong expertise in VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF), including practical experience leading VCF deployments in enterprise environments (VCF 9 is highly desirable).
•Deep technical knowledge across core VMware technologies (vSphere, vSAN, NSX, VCF Operations, Automation, VKS) and proven delivery of complex cloud transformations from design through production.
