Key Responsibilities

  • •Participate in onboarding, training, rotation, and mentoring within a structured skill-led STAR program.
  • •Support SAP IT Services workstreams under guidance from experienced professionals.
  • •Assist with cloud landscape monitoring, technical documentation, risk logging, and lifecycle event coordination.
  • •Provide technical support for customer cloud landscapes focused on stability, optimization, and proactive risk management.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in an IT-related major, preferably with a second major in Japanese or Korean.

  • •Willingness to build capabilities in business and/or technical streams (cloud architecture, infrastructure, cloud operations).
  • •Strong English communication skills; proficiency in Japanese and/or Korean is an advantage.
