Key Responsibilities

  • •Advise and support private customers and bus service partners in service and repair questions within the assigned territory.
  • •Clarify causes and relationships in complaints and damage cases using technical documents and damage descriptions; inspect vehicles and arrange test drives.
  • •Draft technical product reports to bundle complaints and feed back errors.
  • •Develop and validate repair solutions and installation/implementation instructions with teams such as product support, design, testing, and suppliers.
  • •Write damage reports, steer and monitor complaint processing; support escalated customer cases and warranty/case settlements, including cost decisions and documentation.

Key Requirements

  • •Very good IT (EDV) skills and confident customer-facing presence with good German.
  • •Willingness for cross-site work and regular travel.
