Support customers and drivers end-to-end by facilitating deliveries from booking through successful drop-off. Handle best-in-class customer service via chat and phone, coordinate with pickup and drop-off contacts, and ensure deliveries go smoothly. Provide operational feedback by identifying pain points to optimize logistics while collaborating with the Customer Operations team.
