Key Responsibilities

•Ensure safety by following company safety regulations and working safely around trucks and machinery.
•Perform daily maintenance and repairs for plant equipment, including troubleshooting issues and replacing defective parts.
•Maintain machinery and mechanical equipment and support special maintenance projects as assigned.
•Complete and turn in required paperwork (maintenance needs, work orders/invoices, and safety documentation) and communicate maintenance needs to management.
•Maintain a clean work environment and assist with a range of plant duties, which may include operating a front end loader; work overtime/weekends as business needs determine.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or GED, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
•2+ years of experience in the maintenance field (preferred).
•General experience with industrial equipment, including preventative maintenance and repairs on ready mix plant operations.
•Ability to perform simple electrical diagnosis and repairs.
•Familiarity with OSHA regulations and must have a valid driver’s license.
