Key Responsibilities

  • •Own and manage electrical commodities/subcategories (e.g., cables, harness, capacitors, connectors, PCB/PCBA, chips) to execute supplier production strategies from NPI through full production.
  • •Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to qualify suppliers’ production capabilities and ensure inclusion in the Approved Supplier List.
  • •Own bringing up new production tooling and lines at suppliers to ensure materials, processes, and tools meet performance, quality criteria, and demand requirements.
  • •Establish and drive process performance and controls (SPC) reviews at suppliers; identify and drive product and process improvements to lower cost, reduce supply risk, eliminate defects, and improve cycle time.
  • •Support root-cause task forces by working with suppliers and the Supply Chain team and closing the loop on corrective/preventative actions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, or a related technical field.
  • •6+ years of experience in supplier quality and industrialization within a manufacturing environment.
  • •Category technical expertise in electronics manufacturing (e.g., SMT processing, GD&T).
  • •Ability to travel at least 50% of the time.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
