•Drive operational excellence across Product, Engineering, Data/ML, and Customer teams to scale an AI-native security platform.
•Translate ambiguous problems into repeatable processes that improve product build and launch execution.
•Surface insights from data and customers to inform product decisions and execution planning.
•Design and implement scalable workflows for roadmap planning, launches, feedback loops, and prioritization.
•Define KPIs, build dashboards, and remove execution bottlenecks to help teams move faster.

•Demonstrated operational excellence: identify bottlenecks, streamline workflows, and help Product and Engineering teams move faster.
