Provide advanced litigation and e-discovery support to the in-house Legal Department, managing complex civil, commercial, employment, and regulatory matters. Draft and respond to subpoenas and government inquiries, support research using tools like Harvey, Westlaw/Lexis, PACER, and Relativity, and help maintain Legal Department policies and playbooks.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide advanced litigation support for complex matters, including case file management, deadline tracking, and matter status reporting.
•Coordinate legal holds and e-discovery processes from preservation through collection, review, and production in partnership with attorneys and stakeholders.
•Support case preparation such as chronologies, exhibits, discovery materials, and other work product under attorney supervision.
•Operate and optimize legal technology workflows and document management and e-discovery platforms with minimal assistance, demonstrating continuous learning.
•Track and manage legal spend at the matter level, including budgets, accruals, outside counsel invoices, vendor management, and Legal Department financial reporting.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 80,000 - 95,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree required; paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training preferred.
•At least six (6) years of progressive legal support experience in a law firm, corporate in-house legal department, or comparable legal/compliance/legal operations function.
•Strong understanding of litigation hold practices, e-discovery tools, document preservation, records management requirements, and discovery workflows.
•Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, legal research platforms, e-discovery tools, document management systems, matter-management systems, and litigation software including Westlaw/Lexis, PACER, and Relativity.
•Ability to manage projects, prioritize work, multitask, and respond effectively to shifting priorities and urgent deadlines.
