•Manage and grow a strategic portfolio of partner restaurants on mature markets.
•Build strong relationships with partners as the primary point of contact and Food Tech expert for your sector.
•Analyze commercial and operational performance to identify growth levers and optimization opportunities.
•Recommend and deploy marketing and promotional campaigns tailored to your portfolio.
•Collaborate with Regional and City Managers to share strategic recommendations and market insights.

Travel: Low travel
