Job Summary

Support transport planning across business units by overseeing route planning and coordinating execution of transport plans. Help deploy and optimize the Transport Management System (TMS), manage daily/weekly/monthly GPS and TMS reporting, and build Power BI dashboards to track KPIs like delivery performance, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, and SLA adherence. Monitor real-time movements, identify inefficiencies through analytics, maintain accurate records, and ensure compliance with transport regulations and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee route planning and execution of transport plans across business units.
•Support deployment and optimization of the Transport Management System (TMS).
•Manage GPS and TMS-based reporting for business units, drivers, vehicles, and depots on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis, including ad hoc needs.
•Monitor real-time vehicle movements via GPS and proactively respond to delays, route deviations, or breakdowns.
•Create and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports for transport KPIs (delivery performance, vehicle utilization, fuel consumption, SLA adherence) and maintain accurate transport records while ensuring compliance with regulations and safety standards.

Key Requirements

•Degree or diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.

•Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, and data visualization tools.
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities with strong communication and organizational skills.
