Key Responsibilities

  • •Perform necessary maintenance of facility equipment and grounds in a timely, cost-efficient manner.
  • •Accomplish daily assignments as scheduled, performing on-site service and repair of equipment.
  • •Meet at least 90% of Estimated Repair Times and collaborate with other departments.
  • •Follow OSHA/EPA and company safe practices on all work assignments, including adherence to PPE and housekeeping standards.
  • •Identify cost-saving opportunities; may train other employees and, if needed, fill in as Team Lead.

Salary: USD 23.37 - 32.72 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma/GED and 3+ years maintenance experience, or 5+ years in a related field, or 2-year technical school plus 3+ years experience.
  • •Journeyman’s Card from an accredited apprenticeship program preferred.
  • •Knowledge of manufacturing equipment and ability to troubleshoot to the systems level.
  • •Proven electro/mechanical skills, including electrical, mechanical, vacuum systems, and robotic systems; ability to read prints and technical manuals.
  • •Knowledge of computer applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and ability to work in a CMMS system (CMMS plus for outside hires; internal candidates must know it).
