Senior Agency Closing Officer

Oversee and manage the operational execution of Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac multifamily mortgage loan closings. Work with originators, underwriters, attorneys, vendors, and settlement partners to ensure timely, accurate settlement while meeting strict corporate and GSE regulatory deadlines. Analyze investor and underwriting guideline changes, troubleshoot inconsistencies, lead deal-team guidance, and perform quality control on closing documents, settlement statements, and escrow analyses.
