Embedded within Snowflake’s Executive Communications team, this role partners with GTM leadership to craft messaging, thought leadership, and executive communications. Key Responsibilities

•Serve as a dedicated communications partner for Snowflake's GTM leadership, supporting a broad range of internal and external communications initiatives
•Develop polished messaging, talking points, and written communications that reflect each leader's voice, priorities, and strategic positioning
•Create compelling thought leadership content including op-eds, bylines, social posts, and long-form narratives that amplify GTM leaders' points of view
•Support keynote and speaking preparation — from content development to messaging rehearsal — to enhance executive presence at industry events, customer summits, and other external forums
•Identify and prioritize external speaking opportunities, awards, and visibility moments that advance GTM leaders' profiles

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 118,000 - 155,400 annually

Key Requirements

•5+ years of experience in executive communications, corporate communications, content strategy, or a related field — ideally in an enterprise technology or high-growth environment
•Proven track record supporting senior executives with written communications, thought leadership, or executive visibility programs
•Exceptional writer with strong editorial instincts and the ability to write in someone else's voice
•Operationally minded: you build systems, maintain workflows, and don't let things fall through the cracks
•Collaborative by nature with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
