Key Responsibilities

  • •Identify customer needs and recommend bank products and services using established guidelines, brand model, and service standards, including making partner referrals.
  • •Assist customers with transactional needs and answer customer inquiries about accounts, transactions, service charges, and interest rates as appropriate.
  • •Support Financial Center Manager operations by performing Teller or Teller Manager and Financial Service Representative duties as needed.
  • •Build relationships with community businesses and consumer clients to achieve personal and branch targets for new accounts and teller operations.
  • •Practice safe and sound banking procedures, including adherence to laws and regulations, internal controls, operational procedures, risk management policies, security protocols, and maintain regular attendance.

Key Requirements

  • •High school diploma or the equivalent.
  • •Minimum of one year of experience, with specific bank experience preferred.
  • •Ability to answer basic and advanced customer inquiries regarding account balances, transaction history, service charges, and interest rates.
  • •Experience delivering accurate transaction processing and meeting customer needs using established guidelines and standards.
  • •Notary certification preferred.
