Job Summary

Move service customer vehicles through the facility to keep traffic flowing smoothly and provide a great customer experience. Greet customers, confirm appointments, record key vehicle details, control parking and loaner vehicle flow, and drive safely while reporting any lot damage. Prepare vehicles for service (seat/steering covers, mats, ID tags), deliver keys and repair orders to Service Advisors, and maintain a clean, safe service drive area.

Key Responsibilities

•Greet customers entering the service area, answer questions, and direct them to the appropriate person or location.
•Determine whether customers have appointments and record customer and vehicle information (including walk-around damage).
•Control service traffic flow and parking; park vehicles after they are written up and assist with loaner vehicles as needed.
•Drive vehicles safely within the facility and report lot damage or accidents immediately.
•Prepare and move vehicles for service (install seat/steering covers, floor mats, and ID tags; deliver keys and repair order hard copies) while maintaining a clean, safe service drive area.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19 hourly
