Key Responsibilities

•Define product strategy and roadmap for Software and Applied AI domains within a cross-functional scrum team.
•Lead the translation of complex scientific workflows into scalable, user-friendly digital products across the full stack.
•Collaborate with research scientists and engineers to ship cohesive, high-impact features and ensure alignment across teams.
•Prioritize features and manage trade-offs in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment to deliver measurable results.
•Own the user experience and backend requirements, balancing research needs with robust system design.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 180,000 - 288,000 annually

•Operational rigor: focus on how the product is built, performed, and impacts users.
