Key Responsibilities

  • •Follow safety policies/procedures, wear required PPE, and perform tasks in compliance with Eaton quality standards and systems.
  • •Assemble components into sub-assemblies or completed assemblies using hand tools, air tools, rivet guns, robots, and sub-assembly machines per drawings/work instructions.
  • •Perform quality checks aligned to inspection plans to ensure product accuracy and compliance.
  • •Replenish and manage parts inventory at assembly stations and maintain proper material flow.
  • •Maintain equipment and work areas in a clean, safe, orderly condition aligned to 5S; collaborate in a team-based environment and cross-train as needed.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum six (6) months of hands-on work experience in an assembly, technical, manufacturing, or service-industry role involving manual tasks or basic equipment/tools.

  • •Must reside within a 50-mile radius of Cleveland, TN (no relocation benefits).
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States now and in the future without company sponsorship.
  • •Comfort with repetitive tasks and an ability to follow standardized work instructions accurately.
