Seasoned Project Director for data centres leading complex, mission-critical construction programs from pre-construction to turnover. Key Responsibilities

•Lead the delivery of complex data centre and mission-critical construction programs from pre-construction through commissioning and closeout
•Provide strategic oversight across multiple projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives, commercial targets, schedules, and delivery milestones
•Lead multidisciplinary project teams including consultants, contractors, vendors, and client stakeholders across all phases of project delivery
•Oversee project governance, reporting, budgeting, risk management, change management, and quality assurance processes
•Support the successful execution of commissioning, operational readiness, turnover, and equipment integration activities

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, project management, or related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
•PMP or similar professional certification is considered an asset
•12+ years of relevant experience in construction, mission-critical, data centre, or large-scale infrastructure projects
•Strong experience leading complex construction programs including delivery, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and stakeholder coordination
•Proficiency with project management and construction platforms such as MS Project, Primavera, Procore, or similar systems
