Job Summary

Build AI-native systems for a mobile-first AI Neobank app, turning real workflows into reliable automations. You’ll design AI agents, apply LLMs with retrieval and tool calling, and add evaluations, guardrails, and constraints for accuracy, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust. Collaborate with product and engineering teams to identify what to build, ship quickly, and improve production reliability.

Key Responsibilities

•Build AI agents, workflows, tools, and automations to solve customer, product, and operations problems.
•Apply LLMs with retrieval, tool calling, evaluations, guardrails, and automation to practical financial workflows.
•Create AI-assisted experiences for onboarding, support, KYC, risk review, CRM, operations, document handling, and product intelligence.
•Partner with product and engineering teams to identify high-value work and ship improvements in production.
•Design AI systems around constraints including accuracy, hallucination risk, latency, cost, security, compliance, and user trust.

Key Requirements

•Hands-on engineering ability to build AI-native systems (not just AI strategy).
•Experience building AI agents, LLM apps, RAG systems, automation workflows, copilots, or AI-enabled tools.
•Strong coding ability in Python, TypeScript, JavaScript, or a similar practical stack.
•Good judgment on what should be automated vs. what should not.
•Ability to ship working systems, test quality, and improve reliability over time.
