Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct deep dives into payroll, customer success, and finance operations to identify structural weaknesses and redesign workflows.
  • •Rebuild and standardize operational SOPs, creating scalable, repeatable process documentation and governance frameworks.
  • •Develop an operational risk framework to identify single points of failure and compliance exposures and design prevention mechanisms.
  • •Identify automation and workflow redesign opportunities to drive productivity improvements and operational transformation.
