Flock Supervisor – Storm Lake Turkey Farm

Oversee the care, health, and performance of company-owned turkeys on contract grower farms. Partner with growers to support bird welfare, production goals, biosecurity standards, and operational efficiency. Train growers on bird management and environmental controls, administer medications and health programs, troubleshoot health and equipment issues, and conduct farm visits, necropsies, and audits. Support continuous improvement and participate in an on-call rotation while traveling daily to assigned farms.
