Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain responsibility for designated store sections, keeping them organized and visually appealing.
  • •Acknowledge and provide quality customer service face-to-face or over the phone, including following training for customer service and product knowledge.
  • •Process sales, exchanges, and refunds accurately across payment methods, and cover Head Cashier/Deputy Cashier responsibilities in their absence.
  • •Replenish and keep cash desk areas tidy throughout the day, and follow opening and closing cash desk procedures.
  • •Maintain stockroom standards and organize stock efficiently while ensuring compliance with store procedures, legal requirements, and health & safety.
