Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist with routine and non-routine line maintenance activities on transport category aircraft.
  • •Complete required maintenance records accurately and on time.
  • •Interpret technical manuals, engineering drawings, blueprints, and schematics.
  • •Operate ground handling equipment used to service aircraft and present a clean work area to customers.
  • •Support company safety programs and policies, including AS9100, OSHA, and EPA guidelines, in a fast-paced environment.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 18.44 - 31.31 hourly

Key Requirements

  • •Be a NANA Shareholder, or a descendant/spouse of a NANA Shareholder, and be accepted into the University of Alaska, Anchorage Aviation Technology Certificate Program.
  • •Successfully complete a background investigation including FBI fingerprints and pass a pre-employment drug test.
  • •Be a high school graduate or GED, and be willing to complete DOT random drug testing and work nights/weekends/holidays as required.
  • •Be able to lift 50 pounds comfortably and be willing to work long hours in inclement weather while following regulatory specifications and guidance.
  • •Have strong communication skills and the ability to read, write, speak, and understand English; also write routine reports and correspondence.
