Government General Counsel

Provide strategic and operational legal guidance for government-related matters, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and contractual obligations. Interpret regulatory developments, develop compliance policies and internal controls, and oversee investigations and corrective actions. Serve as the primary legal liaison to regulators, prepare regulatory filings and responses, and advise executive leadership on enforcement and government communications, including government contracting and board matters.
