Key Responsibilities

  • •Build and productionize machine learning models (classification and regression) for predictive and prescriptive analytics in semiconductor test and manufacturing processes.
  • •Design and implement optimization and mathematical programming solutions for intelligent decision-making in manufacturing workflows.
  • •Develop multi-agent systems for TSE workflows, including code generation, automated troubleshooting, and process optimization with monitoring and observability.
  • •Create RAG/LLM solutions by identifying data sources and developing retrieval strategies such as hybrid search, re-ranking, and contextual compression.
  • •Develop robust software and analytical pipelines for high-volume manufacturing data, including guardrails, hallucination detection, and output validation; mentor junior data scientists and communicate trade-offs to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

  • •Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Operations Research, Mathematics, or a related highly quantitative field.
  • •5+ years of industry experience in Data Science with a track record deploying machine learning and/or large language model solutions at scale.
  • •Proficiency in Python and experience extracting and manipulating data using SQL.
  • •Hands-on experience with LLMs and agentic frameworks (e.g., Google ADK), including prompt engineering, RAG, and tool/function calling.
  • •Experience building interactive data applications and APIs (e.g., Streamlit, FastAPI, Flask) in Agile/SDLC environments with version control (Git) and collaboration tools (JIRA, Confluence).
