Key Responsibilities

•Provide planning, scheduling, and coordination support for maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, reliability, compliance).
•Oversee SAP notification/work order workflow, ensure procurement of parts, coordinate contractor support, and maintain visibility of maintenance demands.
•Develop and maintain maintenance schedules (weekly, monthly, long-range) and track RIDIIs, CAPAs, and corrective actions.
•Coordinate with supervision, maintenance leads, and operations to align planned work with production schedules and facility needs; identify conflicts and bottlenecks.
•Maintain documentation within SAP/ CMMS and procurement tools; prepare weekly status updates and relevant KPI reports.

Key Requirements

•HS diploma (or equivalent) with a minimum of 6 years relevant experience
•Proficiency in SAP PM/CMMS (EMaint) and procurement tools (Ariba)
•Strong planning, scheduling, and coordination skills for maintenance activities (preventive, corrective, reliability, compliance)
•Ability to review SAP notifications, create/update work orders, and track material/backlog
•Excellent organization, communication, and cross-functional collaboration for maintenance planning and execution
