Financial Services Representative

Provide timely, efficient service to internal and external customers for an assigned product or service center, ensuring extraordinary care through workflow management and meeting service-level agreements. Process business requests in line with government regulations, contract provisions, and internal controls; maintain knowledge of product/contract administration and related federal and state regulations. Interpret contract provisions for policyholders and agents/brokers, and use lean methodology in daily problem-solving to resolve customer needs.
