Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead MPIM transformation across AI, merchandising optimization, and supply chain capabilities.
  • •Advance optimization and forecasting across Wholesale and DTC, including allocation, pricing, and inventory segmentation.
  • •Own planning systems roadmap and deploy tools that improve forecasting accuracy, visibility, and planning speed.
  • •Expand analytics and AI/ML adoption, and build scalable data, governance, and talent capabilities for analytics transformation.
  • •Establish KPIs and reporting to monitor performance, drive accountability, support scenario modeling, and align transformation priorities enterprise-wide.

Key Requirements

  • •BS or BA in Business, Supply Chain, Data/Analytics, or related field (or equivalent relevant experience), with MBA or advanced analytics/technology credential preferred
  • •15+ years of experience in merchandise, demand, and supply planning plus inventory management, including enterprise transformation and planning-systems modernization (footwear/apparel/retail preferred)
  • •7+ years of senior leadership experience in a global, matrixed organization with demonstrated influence over C-level leaders
  • •Proven experience modernizing planning systems, tools, and digital capabilities across demand, supply, allocation, and analytics
  • •Experience leading digital and AI-driven planning transformation, including building and scaling end-to-end planning models across demand, supply, and channels
