Job Summary

Lead and oversee ADMS projects from planning through cutover for AspenTech’s customers. Serve as the primary technical contact, driving on-time, high‑quality delivery, identifying risks, coordinating with customers and internal resources, and ensuring adoption readiness. Facilitate workshops, training, and testing while maintaining thorough documentation and clear communication across stakeholders.

•Triages variances and defines next steps; acts as a bridge between customers and other technical resources.
•Maintain thorough, consistent documentation of variances and resolution plans to support collaboration.
•Communicate clearly with customers; lead or participate in workshops, training sessions, and testing events.

•Willingness and ability to travel to North American customer sites (up to 25%)
•Excellent written and oral communication skills; technical writing/public speaking preferred
