Key Responsibilities

  • •Conduct periodic site visits to monitor construction progress and review status of work completed against approved drawings and specifications.
  • •Review contractors’ direct cost payment requisitions, budget status, subcontracts, bonds/subcontractor default insurance, and change orders.
  • •Review developer monthly job cost reports, contingency adequacy, construction and disbursement schedules, lien waivers, and supporting documentation.
  • •Prepare project status reports and recommend release of construction funds while reviewing contract drawings/specifications for completeness and general compliance.
  • •Coordinate with the Cost Advisory group for parameter estimates and quantity take-offs; prepare construction risk assessment reports and perform other assigned duties.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 100,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Seven (7) years of full-time paid professional experience in construction and/or project & construction management for commercial and/or public/educational facility construction.
  • •Five (4) of the seven (7) years must include full responsibility coordinating complex projects with construction values over $20M.
  • •BS/BA degree required (Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred).
  • •OSHA 10 hour minimum and ability to manage safety initiatives and priorities.
  • •Experience with project management information software (PMiS) and advanced project budgeting, scheduling, reporting, and leadership.
