Key Requirements

  • •4–8 years of experience taking complex electromechanical products from prototype to production, especially metal fabrication and heavy machinery systems.
  • •Ability to read and create mechanical drawings and manufacturing documentation.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication with engineers, suppliers, technicians, and leadership.
  • •Based in (or able to relocate to) the SF Bay Area and able to work 4–5 days/week from San Leandro HQ.
  • •Open to ~10% travel to field solar construction sites to work in the deployment environment.
